Feral Interactive is looking for a bright and diligent gaming-enthusiast to join our QA team as a Junior QA Technician.
Our preferred candidate will be mature, personable, and courteous, and keen to learn new skills across a wide range of tasks.
Feral specialise in bringing AAA games from well-known franchises to new platforms and audiences; our releases cover a range of genres and present a variety of quality control challenges. Our QA team works closely with our development teams to identify the root causes of bugs and find solutions. As part of this, QA Technicians validate behaviour against game design compliance checklists; run performance tests and comparisons on various hardware configurations; identify issues with graphics, performance, and gameplay, as well as UI and UX ensuring both functionality and layout are intuitive and correct. They are also expected to write accurate and detailed bug reports.
Feral currently consists of around hundred people, so you’ll quickly get to know your colleagues and will work directly with many of them in a friendly, supportive, and professional environment; as a Junior QA Technician you will be at the heart of Feral’s Quality Assurance.

This position is based in Feral’s studios in Wandsworth south-west London.
The current role is for a full-time, twelve month contract with the potential for it to become permanent for someone who performs well.

The successful candidate will work closely with design, art and engineering teams to meet target performance while achieving high-quality visuals.
We are looking for someone with a suite of appropriate skills, and demonstrable commercial experience across a range of art asset pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who is excited by both the technical and creative challenges of game development, and is equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
This is a permanent, full-time position at our office in Wandsworth, southwest London.
